Write to support@wardoff.tech. Please describe the problem, but remove personal details such as account numbers or codes from any message you include.

WardOff doesn’t appear in the Share sheet

Scroll to the end of the row of apps in the Share sheet, tap More, and turn on WardOff. Some apps, such as Messages, don’t share message text — copy the text and paste it into WardOff instead.

Restore a purchase

Open WardOff › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Cancel or change a subscription

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name › Subscriptions › WardOff. Subscriptions are managed by Apple — WardOff can’t cancel them for you. You can also tap Manage subscription in WardOff’s Settings.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete my history

WardOff › Settings › Delete all history removes every check stored on the device. This can’t be undone.

I think a result is wrong

AI can make mistakes. Treat every result as advice, and verify through the institution’s official channel. If you tell us what happened, we’ll use it to improve WardOff.
